Hereinafter, María Vélez-Bracho Suárez shall be referred to as the ‘Owner’, and the website https://mariavelez.es shall be referred to as the ‘Website’.
2. Purpose of the Website
The purpose of the Website is to present the Owner’s professional activity, interior design services, completed projects, approach to work and interior design-related content, as well as to provide a means of contact for those interested in requesting information.
The information published is general and for information purposes only. Sending an enquiry via the form, by email or through any other contact channel does not constitute the automatic engagement of any service or, in itself, create a contractual relationship.
Each request will be considered individually. Where appropriate, the scope of the project, the services included, fees, timescales and all other conditions shall be established in a separate quotation, proposal or contract accepted by the parties.
The Website does not allow payments to be made or services to be engaged directly.
3. Acceptance of the terms of use
Accessing and browsing the Website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms of use.
If the user does not agree with any of these terms, they must refrain from using the Website.
The use of certain services or features may be subject to additional specific conditions, which will be communicated to the user where applicable.
4. Conditions of access and use
The user undertakes to use the Website, its content and its features diligently, lawfully and with respect for applicable legislation, third-party rights and these terms of use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Owner owns or legitimately holds the corresponding rights to the Website’s content, including, among other things, its structure, design, selection and presentation of content, text, project photographs, images, compositions, logos, graphic elements and audiovisual materials.
Access to the Website does not grant the user any intellectual or industrial property rights over its content.
The total or partial reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, extraction, reuse or exploitation of such content for commercial or public purposes is prohibited without the Owner’s prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.
Viewing the Website and making private copies of its content solely for personal, non-commercial use are permitted, provided that the Owner’s rights are respected and no notices of authorship or ownership are removed or altered.
If anyone believes that any content infringes their intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or any other legitimate right, they may report it via hola@mariavelez.es, identifying the content and providing adequate grounds for their request.
6. Content submitted by users
The contact form is intended solely for requesting information about the Owner’s professional activity and services.
The user warrants that the information provided is truthful, relevant and lawful, and that they have sufficient legal grounds to disclose it.
The user must not submit third parties’ personal data, unnecessary confidential information or content that infringes the rights of others. If it is essential to provide another person’s data, the user must have a lawful basis for doing so and must have provided that person with the relevant information.

7. Accuracy of information
The Owner endeavours to ensure that the information published is clear, accurate and up to date. However, the content may contain inadvertent errors or may temporarily become out of date.
Images, project descriptions, references, materials and other content are provided for information purposes and do not in themselves constitute a contractual offer or guarantee that any particular service, product, solution or supplier is available.
Decisions relating to a specific project will be made on an individual basis and recorded in the documentation agreed with the client.
8. Availability and operation
The Owner endeavours to keep the Website available and operating correctly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of technical errors.
Access may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, communications failures, force majeure or circumstances beyond the Owner’s reasonable control.
The Owner shall not be liable for damage arising from interruptions, errors or unavailability where these are due to causes beyond her control or to an act or omission by the user, without prejudice to any liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Links to external websites
The Website may contain links to pages, platforms, social networks, suppliers or resources managed by third parties.
These links are provided to offer further information or facilitate access to related content. The inclusion of a link does not necessarily imply that the Owner endorses or supervises the linked website or has a commercial relationship with its operator.
The Owner does not control the content, availability, security or privacy policies of those external pages. The user should consult the terms and policies applicable to each platform.
If a link is found to lead to unlawful, harmful or inappropriate content, the Owner may be notified so that she can consider removing it.

Personal data provided through the contact form, by email or through other channels will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the provisions of the Website’s Privacy Policy.
Before submitting the form, the user must be able to consult basic information about the processing of their data and access the full Privacy Policy.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute relating to access to or use of the Website shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Where the user is acting as a consumer or user, any rights and jurisdictions granted to them under consumer protection legislation shall be respected in all cases, and these terms shall not constitute a waiver or limitation of those rights.
