A home designed to reflect your style
What is a decoration project?
A decoration project is the planning of furniture, ambient lighting, colour, textiles, art and decorative elements for a home whose main layout has already been defined. Its aim is to create functional, cohesive and personal spaces, avoiding isolated purchases and ensuring that the different rooms form part of a shared vision.
The project begins with an analysis of the property, its dimensions, its light, the needs of those who live there and the pieces they wish to keep. From this information, a decorative concept is developed to define the atmosphere, colour palette, materials and overall character of the spaces.
The service may cover an entire home or focus on one or more rooms. The scope is agreed individually according to the client’s needs, the characteristics of the property and the level of support required. Depending on what is agreed, the project may include furniture layout plans, moodboards, furniture selection, lighting, textiles, curtains, rugs, art, accessories and shopping lists.
It may also be extended to include requesting quotations, order management, coordination of deliveries and installation, and final styling.
What can a decoration project include?
Each project is tailored to the client. Before we begin, we agree which spaces will be addressed, which documents will be delivered and the level of support the client requires. Depending on that scope, the service may include the following areas.

Property analysis
We study the dimensions, existing layout, natural light, circulation and the way each room is actually used.
We also review the furniture, art and objects the client wishes to keep.
This analysis allows us to identify what works, what needs to change and which decisions can transform the space without unnecessary intervention.
Decorative concept
We define an overall atmosphere that will guide the entire project.
The concept may be expressed through moodboards, references, materials, colours and compositions that make it possible to visualise the character of the home before any purchases are made.
We do not seek to impose a rigid decorative label. The aim is to find a distinctive language that connects the client’s preferences with the architecture and light of the home.

Furniture layout plans
We develop plans to study the position and dimensions of the furniture.
We analyse proportions, circulation, distances and the relationship between pieces to avoid oversized furniture, unconsidered empty spaces or awkward routes.
A well-planned layout is the foundation of functional decoration.
Furniture selection
We select each piece according to its use, proportions, comfort, quality and relationship with the rest of the home.
The project may include sofas, tables, chairs, sideboards, headboards, occasional furniture, statement pieces or outdoor furniture.
We do not seek to fill every space. We prefer to select fewer pieces and ensure that each one has a clear purpose.

Ambient lighting
Decorative lighting profoundly changes the way a room is perceived. We select ceiling, table, floor and wall lamps to create different layers of light and support the activities that take place in each space.
Light should bring comfort, depth and warmth, while also complementing the furniture.
Colour palette and materials
We define a combination of colours, woods, metals, stone and textures that connects the different spaces. The selection takes into account the existing finishes, natural light and the pieces that will be retained.
Cohesion does not mean using exactly the same elements throughout the home, but establishing visual relationships that maintain a sense of balance.

Textiles, curtains and rugs
Textiles help to soften the architecture, improve comfort and create a sense of home. We select curtains, sheers, rugs, cushions, upholstery and other textile elements with consideration for colour, drape, texture, maintenance and everyday use.
Art and personal objects
Art brings depth, identity and emotion. María can help select paintings, photography, sculpture and other pieces, as well as integrate artworks, books, mementoes and objects that are already part of the client’s story.
The aim is not to decorate simply to fill space, but to incorporate elements that make sense within both the composition and the life of the home.

Terraces and outdoor spaces
The decoration can also extend to terraces and outdoor areas. We select suitable furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories to create comfortable spaces that connect with the interior.
We pay particular attention to durability, maintenance and how each area will be used.
Shopping list and quotations
Depending on the agreed terms, the project may include a detailed list of pieces, references, dimensions and suppliers. María can also request and organise quotations to facilitate comparison and decision-making.
This documentation allows the client to understand what needs to be purchased, in what order and how the investment is allocated.

An elegant home does not need to prove itself. It is felt in the proportions, the light and the way each piece finds its place.
How we develop each decoration project
A clear process helps turn ideas into concrete decisions and ensures that the client understands what is being defined at every stage.
Although the scope is tailored to each case, we generally work through the following stages.
