A finished home without having to worry about every detail
What is a turnkey service?
A turnkey service brings together the design, quotations, professionals, renovation, purchasing, deliveries, installation and final preparation stages included in the proposal. The client takes part in the key decisions, while María coordinates the agreed stages and maintains a consistent aesthetic direction until the home is cohesive, complete and ready to use.
Turnkey does not necessarily mean that every project includes a renovation. A new-build home may only require furniture, lighting, textiles, art, orders, installation and styling. Another home may require an interior design project, a complete renovation, coordination of trades, technical work, furnishing and final decoration. The starting point determines the service.
Before starting, the following are set out in writing:
- the stages included;
- the deliverables;
- the responsibilities;
- the professionals required;
- the contractual arrangements;
- the approval process;
- and the level of management María will undertake.
This ensures that the client knows what forms part of the project, which decisions require approval and which tasks are the responsibility of suppliers or specialist professionals.
The aim is for everyone involved to work towards the same vision and for the project not to stop once the plans are complete.

Who is this service designed for?
How we develop each project
The process adapts to the complexity of the home, while following a structure that allows the project to progress methodically and decisions to be made at the right time.

1. Initial conversation
We begin by learning about the home, its location and condition, the client’s requirements and the desired level of support.
We also consider whether the client lives in Málaga or whether the project will need to be managed remotely.
2. Defining the scope
We determine which stages will form part of the service.
We define the design, renovation, coordination, meetings, deliverables, responsibilities and method of communication.
This information is set out in the proposal before work begins.

3. Design
We develop the decoration or interior design project.
Depending on the home, it may include the layout, lighting, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, terrace, bespoke pieces and more.
The client reviews and approves the decisions before moving on to the next stage.
4. Quotations and approvals
Quotations from the renovation company, technical professionals and suppliers, as well as for the selected pieces, are organised.
María presents the information clearly so that the client can review it and ultimately approve it.

5. Planning
Before execution begins, the project sequence is organised.
Depending on the project, this may include a timeline, works schedule, order planning, manufacturing dates, deliveries, installation and reviews.
The level of detail in the schedule is tailored to each project.
6. Renovation and execution
The various trades carry out the agreed work. María coordinates and oversees its execution as frequently as the project requires.
Visits, reviews and updates are organised according to the progress of the work and the client’s needs.
When a qualified technical professional is involved, they carry out the technical duties for which they are responsible.

7. Purchasing and logistics
As the project progresses, orders, confirmations, dates, potential storage, deliveries, installations and assembly are organised.
Logistics must be coordinated with completion of the building work to prevent pieces arriving too early or interfering with other work.
8. Styling and handover
Once the home is ready, the final details are completed, including final cleaning and the installation of furniture, art, textiles, household items, equipment, objects and styling.
Before handover, the entire project is reviewed and any outstanding items are organised.
The aim is for the client to be able to enjoy their home from the very first moment.
