An apartment requires precision so that the layout, storage and furniture all work to make the most of the space.
A new-build home may be technically complete yet still need personality, lighting, furniture or certain changes before it is ready to move into.
And a second home brings a different consideration: many decisions must be made while the owner is elsewhere.
